Spellcasting. Axel, Maid of Punishment is a 1-level spellcaster. Her spellcasting spell save DC 15, +5 to hit with spell attacks. Axel, Maid of Punishment has the following spells prepared:

1st level (5 slots): Command, Shield
Multi-attack. Monster can attack with the Paddle and Whip once per action.
Paddle of Domination. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 10 (2d6 + 3) Bludgeoning damage. On hit Creature regresses by 2D6 years permanently
Whip. Ranged Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, range 5/15 ft., # target. Hit: 8 (2d4 + 3) Slashing, Bludgeoning damage. On hit Creature must make a Dex save DC 14 or get pulled into 5ft of the boss.
Counter Smack. Axel is able to counter a melee attack and stick back with her paddle.

this maid used to be a guy named axel but they where either found or made a deal with the dungeon leader and now there a maid who punishes little girls and make them proper women.
