Magic Resistance. Billy Bonka has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Multiattack. Billy Bonka makes two Sweet Strike attacks.
Sweet Strike. Melee or Ranged Spell Attack: +11 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 60 ft., one target. Hit: 18 (2d10 + 7) acid, cold, fire, force, lightning, or thunder damage (Billy Bonka’s choice).

At will: dancing lights, detect magic, druidcraft, mage armor (self only)
2/day each: faerie fire, gust of wind, mirror image
Experimental Candy. Billy Bonka can throw down an Experimental Candy that looks so delicious that anyone within 10 ft. of it must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw (dc 15) or be compelled to eat it and suffer its effects, determined by a d6. The effects are as follows:
1. Harm. The eater loses a number of hit points equal to 2d4 plus their Intelligence modifier.
2. Slowness. The eater's walking speed decreases by half for 30 seconds. They may make a Strength saving throw (dc 14) to shake this effect off at the end of their turn.
3. Weakness. The eater takes a -3 hit to their AC for 30 seconds. They may make a Constitution saving throw (dc 14) to shake this effect off at the end of their turn.
4. Fear. The eater becomes frightened of Bonka and any of his allies in play for 30 seconds. They may make a Wisdom saving throw (dc 14) to shake this effect off at the end of their turn.
5. Flight. The eater gains an uncontrollable flying speed of 20 feet for 30 seconds. They may make a Dexterity saving throw (dc 14) to shake this effect off at the end of their turn.
6. Transformation. The eater's body is transformed into a small beast of Bonka's choosing for 30 seconds. They may make a Charisma saving throw (dc 14) to shake this effect off at the end of their turn.
Candy Counterspell. Billy Bonka interrupts a creature it can see that is casting a spell with verbal, somatic, or material components. The caster takes 10 (3d6) psychic damage and must make a DC 19 Charisma saving throw. On a failed save, the spell fails and has no effect, but the spell slot used to cast it is not expended.

Lair and Lair Actions
Whimsical Mishap. Billy Bonka can cast a tantalizing piece of chocolate in front of an enemy, who must succeed in a Charisma saving throw (dc 14) or be compelled to eat it and suffer the consequences, determined by a d8:
1. Sugar Crash. The eater experiences a sudden crash in energy, gaining one level of exhaustion for two rounds.
2. Inflation. The eater swells rapidly, reducing their movement speed to 5 feet for two rounds.
3. Shrinking Spell. The eater shrinks to the Tiny size, is unable to carry heavy items, and suffers a -2 penalty to Strength for two rounds.
4. Entitled Brat. The eater becomes an entitled brat, overcome by greed for anything valuable within 100 feet, fixated on obtaining it, for two rounds.
5. Gluttony. The eater becomes insatiably obsessed with finding treats for two rounds. For these two rounds, the eater must succeed on a Constitution check (dc 14) before all attacks or spend the round looking for food.
6. Uncontrollable Lifting. The eater experiences uncontrollable bursts of levitation, causing them to float upwards to a height of 100 ft (20 ft per round), at which they cease to float and plummet back down. A Dexterity saving throw (dc 14) may be made to maneuver oneself to land properly or grab hold of something.
7. Gobstopper Lockjaw. The eater's jaw locks up, making it difficult to speak, cast spells, or eat for two rounds. Casting spells with a verbal component requires a Constitution check (dc 14), failure of which results in the action being lost (but no spell slot is expended).
8. Bonkavision Distortion. The eater experiences a temporary visual distortion, giving them disadvantage on all rolls that require sight.
