Spellcasting. The warlock is a 17th-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 18, +7 to hit with spell attacks). It regains its expended spell slots when it finishes a short or long rest. It knows the following warlock spells:
Cantrips (at will): eldritch blast, spare the dying, friends, mage hand, minor illusion, and mind sliver.
1st–5th level (4 spell slots; they are 5th-level slots):
- 1st-level: false life, ray of sickness
- 2nd-level: invisibility*, silence
- 3rd-level: counterspell, speak with dead
- 4th-level: blight, death ward
- 5th-level: contagion, legend lore
Armor of Shadows (Eldritch Invocation). The warlock can cast mage armor on themselves at will without expending a spell slot.
Indestructible Life (Eldritch Invocation, Recharges after a Short or Long Rest). The warlock can use a bonus action to regain hit points equal to 1d8 + 17. Additionally, a severed body part of theirs can reattach back into place when they use this feature.
Once used, this feature can’t be used again until they finish a short or long rest.
Devil's Sight (Eldritch Invocation). The warlock can see normally in darkness, both magical and nonmagical, to a distance of 120 feet.
Life-drinker (Eldritch Invocation). When the warlock hits a creature with their pact weapon, the creature takes extra necrotic damage equal to their Charisma modifier (18).
Mask of Many Faces (Eldritch Invocation). The warlock can cast disguise self at will without expending a spell slot.
*Shroud of Shadow (Eldritch Invocation). The warlock can cast invisibility at will without expending a spell slot.
Witch Sight (Eldritch Invocation). The warlock can see the true form of any shapechanger or creature concealed by illusion or transmutation magic while the creature is within 30 feet of them and within line of sight.
Dagger of the Undying. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 2 (1d4) piercing damage plus 18 necrotic damage (from their Eldritch Invocation).
The warlock knows counterspell.
