Spellcasting The devil’s spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 18). It can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:

At will: Disguise Self, Minor Illusion

3/day each: Darkness, Fear, Hold Person

1/day each: Dimension Door, Counterspell

Magic Resistance. The Stygian Devil has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Actions

Multiattack. The Stygian Devil makes two attacks: one with its Infernal Blade and one with its Frigid Breath.

Infernal Blade. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (2d8 + 5) piercing damage plus 7 (2d6) cold damage.

Frigid Breath (Recharge 5-6). The devil exhales a blast of icy wind in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 18 Constitution saving throw, taking 45 (10d8) cold damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. The area in the cone becomes difficult terrain until the end of the devil's next turn.

Telepathy- Andoria can communicate with any creature through telepathy and the creature can speak back through their mind.

Reactions

Infernal Interference. When the devil is targeted by a ranged attack, it can impose disadvantage on the attack roll as a reaction, vanishing into a puff of icy mist and reappearing in an unoccupied space within 30 feet.

Legendary Actions

Change Others Appearance- Andoria can permanently change the physical appearance of a willing creature. If unwilling, the creature must succeed on DC 17 Charisma Saving throw to avoid being changed. Cannot be attempted again on the same creature for 24 hours.
