Ambusher. The Bloat-Inflect Eagle has advantage on attack rolls against any creature it has surprised.

Multiattack. The Bloat-Inflected Eagle can make two Talons attack.

Gale. The Bloat-Infect Eagle can beat it's wing to create a gust of wind. Each creature in a 20 ft cube originating from the Bloat-Infect Eagle has to make constitution saving throw (DC 16). On a failed save, a creature takes 4d10 thunder damage, pushed 20 ft away, and is knocked prone.

Bonus Actions

Spit-up. The Bloat-Inflected Eagle can regurgitate a giant frog, and launch it 80ft away from them. An creature with 10ft radius of where the giant frog landed takes 2d8 poison damage, and must make a constitution saving throw (DC 14) or be poisoned. 

The Bloat-Inflected Eagle can use this ability 1d4+1 times.

Description

Deep in an enchanted woods lay a hag that corrupts the space it changing the flora and fauna it lives in. The eagles of the woods have taken to eating the mutated frogs which has driven them to become violent and aggressive. 

It's diet has caused a black oily grease to coat it's feather creating hideous stench to follow it, and dulling the pain it takes from injury making willing to go after larger prey.

The corrupted surrounds has caused it to grow in size. It will continue to grow in till it can no longer sustain itself with the local food source, in which it will travel to new location bringing it's corruption with it.
