Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 17 (2d10 + 6) bludgeoning damage plus 9 (2d8) poison damage.
Vile Vomit (Recharge 5-6). The worm exhales a spray of bile in a 30 ft. cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw, taking 35 (10d6) acid damage on a failed save, and must make an additional DC 15 Constitution saving throw or take an additional 28 (8d6) and be injected with metamorphite. On a successful save the creature takes half as much damage and does not have to make an additional Constitution saving throw.
Description
Slithering, twisted, the bizarre worm drips green ooze from the edges of its alien maw. Crumpled wings fold awkwardly over its haunches, as it turns its centipede- like head and snout in your direction.
