Psionic Overload. When a creature within 60 feet takes psychic damage, Vengeance can use its reaction to unleash a psychic backlash.
Psychic Backlash: The target must make a Wisdom saving throw (DC 18). On a failure, it takes additional psychic damage equal to the initial amount and is incapacitated until the end of its next turn. On a success, it takes half damage and isn’t incapacitated.

Psychic Blade. Psionic Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 10 ft., 1 target. Hit: 16 (2d8 + 8) psycic damage.
Soul sunder. Psionic Melee Attack: +12 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 24 (2d10 + 14) psycic damage.
Ritual Dagger. Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 14 (3d6 + 5) piercing damage. (Damage increases by 1d6 per unmissed attack in a row)
Psyonic Dagger. RangedWeapon Attack: +16 to hit, range 30/60 ft., 3 targets. Hit: 10 (1d8 + 6) psycic damage.
Concentration. Vengeance focuses his psionic energies and adds 1d6 to psionic attacks made the following turn.
Uncanny Dodge. When an attacker that you can see hits you with an attack, you can use your reaction to halve the attack's damage against you.
Evasion. The Aspect of Vengeance can nimbly dodge out of the way of certain area effects, such as a red dragon's fiery breath or an Ice Storm spell. When The Aspect of Vengeance is subjected to an effect that allows him to make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, The Aspect of Vengeance instead takes no damage if he succeeds on the saving throw, and only half damage if he fails.
Psychic Insight. Vengeance may force his attacker to make a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw when struck by an attack. On a failure, the target must roll their next attack with disadvantage.
Vengeance has a total of 5 legendary actions from the following list:
Psychic Shield (Costs 1 Legendary Action): Vengeance gains a bonus to their AC equal to their Intelligence modifier until the start of their next turn. This action can be used after the creature is attacked.
Mind Link (Costs 1 Legendary Action): Vengeance can telepathically communicate with one creature they can see within 60 feet. The target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or be incapacitated until the end of its next turn as it struggles to comprehend the Vengeance's thoughts.
Mind Shatter (Cost: 2 Legendary Actions): Vengeance targets all creatures of their choice within a 30-foot radius. Each target must make an Intelligence saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 4d12 psychic damage and is stunned until the end of its next turn. On a successful save, the creature takes half as much damage and is not stunned.
