Multiattack. The fanatic makes two melee attacks and casts one of its "at will" spells.
+1 Quarterstaff. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft. Hit: 6 (1d6 + 3) bludgeoning damage, or 7 (1d8 + 3) bludgeoning damage if used with two hands, plus 5 (1d10) necrotic damage.
Dagger. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 20/60 ft. Hit: 4 (1d4 + 2) piercing damage.
Spellcasting. The fanatic's spellcasting ability is Wisdom (spell save DC 14, +5 to hit with spell attacks). The acolyte has the following cleric and warlock spells prepared:
At will: light, eldritch blast, thaumaturgy
4/day: command, inflict wounds, shield of faith
3/day: hold person, darkness, mirror image
2/day: bestow curse
Enlarge (2/Short or Long Rest). The acolyte casts enlarge/reduce on itself, choosing the Enlarge option, requiring the blood of three live humanoids as material components instead of anything else. While cast in this way, the spell does not require concentration and lasts for 2 minutes.
Staff Slam (Enlarged Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft. Hit: 9 (1d8 + 1d4 + 3) bludgeoning damage, plus 6 (1d12) necrotic damage and the target must succeed on a DC 14 Strength saving throw or be knocked backward 5 feet.
Description
Acolytes of Damnation are members of the Cult of Damnation, the cult that worships the minor demolith lord Skarn, who have gained a speck of what can only be described as divine power. This is due to Skarn, for a time, wielded a tiny shard of the worldstone, and was able to imbue the tiniest specks of its power on certain cultists, causing them to gain new terrifying abilities.
