Traits
Regenerative Vitality. At the start of each of Uro’s turns, it regains 30 hit points. If Uro takes fire or necrotic damage, this trait doesn’t function at the start of its next turn.

Nature's Resilience. Uro has advantage on saving throws against being knocked prone, restrained, or stunned.

Magic Resistance. Uro has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Magic Weapons. Uro’s attacks are magical.
Actions
Multiattack. Uro makes two attacks: one with its Claw and one with its Tail.

Claw. Weapon Attack: +15 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 29 (4d10 + 8) slashing damage plus 18 (4d8) cold damage.

Tail. Weapon Attack: +15 to hit, reach 20 ft., one target. Hit: 26 (4d8 + 8) bludgeoning damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 21 Strength saving throw or be pushed 20 feet away from Uro and knocked prone.

Wave of Vitality (Recharge 5-6). Uro sends out a surge of life energy. Each creature of Uro’s choice within 30 feet must make a DC 21 Constitution saving throw. On a failure, creatures take 45 (10d8) cold damage and Uro regains hit points equal to half the damage dealt. On a success, creatures take half damage, and Uro gains no hit points.

Stormcaller’s Fury (Recharge 6). Uro calls down a massive storm. Each creature in a 90-foot radius centered on a point Uro can see within 120 feet must make a DC 21 Dexterity saving throw. On a failure, creatures take 54 (12d8) lightning damage and are stunned until the end of Uro's next turn. On a success, creatures take half as much damage and aren't stunned.
Legendary Actions
Legendary Resistance (3/Day) If Uro fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.

Legendary Actions:
Uro can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action can be used at a time, and it can only be used at the end of another creature's turn. Uro regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.

Move: Uro moves up to half its speed without provoking opportunity attacks.

Claw: Uro makes a Claw attack.

Healing Rain (Costs 2 Actions): Uro causes a gentle rain to fall in a 60-foot radius around it. Uro and each creature of its choice within the area regain 10 hit points.

Description

Uro embodies the wrath of nature itself, representing floods, storms and the relentless power of the natural world. Unlike other Titans, Uro is associated with both destruction and renewal, similar to natural cycles.

Lair and Lair Actions

Lair Actions
When fighting inside its lair, Uro can invoke the ambient magic of nature to take lair actions. On initiative count 20 (losing initiative ties), Uro takes a lair action to cause one of the following effects:

Uro summons a torrential downpour in a 60-foot radius centered on itself. Each creature of Uro’s choice within this radius must succeed on a DC 21 Dexterity saving throw or take 16 (3d10) cold damage and be knocked prone.

Vines erupt from the ground in a 30-foot radius centered on a point Uro can see within 120 feet. The area becomes difficult terrain, and any creature in the area must make a DC 21 Strength saving throw or become restrained by the vines. A restrained creature can use its action to make a DC 21 Strength check, freeing itself on a success

Uro channels a surge of life into the land. Each creature of Uro’s choice within 60 feet regains 30 hit points.

Regional Effects
The region containing Uro's lair is warped by its presence, creating the following effects:

Frequent rainstorms and fog cover the area within 6 miles of the lair. These storms cause lightning strikes and flood waters to surge unpredictably.

Vegetation within 6 miles grows at an accelerated rate and becomes lush and overgrown, creating patches of difficult terrain.

Beasts in the region become more aggressive and territorial, attacking creatures that enter their domains without provocation.
