Instead, at the start of each of the alabroza's turns, the target loses 1d8+2 hp due to blood loss. The alabroza can detach itself by spending 5 feet of it's movement. It does so after the target is reduced to 0 hp. A creature, including the target, can use its action to detach the alabroza.

Description
Small Bird like monstrosity with greenish bat-like wings. Covered with jet black feathers with streaks of red starting from the neck and going back. It has a long thin beak that opens up to reveal 4 razor sharp fangs. 2 on top and 2 on the bottom. Two eyes on either side of the beak, black as night. At the tip of each wing is a gleaming hook. It's feet are large for the size of the creature, with 3 talons on each. And with a green tail with the same red streak at the tip.
