Amethyst Elephant (Beast Form)

Trample. If the Amethyst Elephant moves at least 20 feet straight toward a creature and then hits it with a Gore attack on the same turn, that target must succeed on a DC 18 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. If the target is prone, the elephant can make one Stomp attack against it as a bonus action.

Amethyst Resilience. The Amethyst Elephant Beast Form has resistance to psychic damage and blighted energy and has advantage on saving throws against charm and fear effects.

Immunity to the Blighted Scourge. The Amethyst Elephant Beast Form is immune to being infected by the Blighted Scourge but still takes half damage from blighted energy.

Multiattack. The Amethyst Elephant makes two attacks: one with its Gore and one with its Stomp.

Gore. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target.
Hit: 26 (4d8 + 7) piercing damage.

Stomp. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one prone target.
Hit: 22 (3d10 + 7) bludgeoning damage.

Mystic Stomp. Once per short or long rest, the Amethyst Elephant can stomp the ground, sending a shockwave in a 10-foot radius. Creatures within the area must succeed on a DC 18 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone and take 10 (2d6 + 7) bludgeoning damage, or half as much on a successful save.
