Spectral Resistance. Kiko has advantage on saving throws against be charmed or frightened, as well as Wisdom and Charisma saving throws against magical effects.
Indiscernable. Kiko cannot be identified or tracked by any means short of a wish spell.
Spectral Curse. While Kiko is in bright sunlight, within a ring of salt, or within 10 feet of garlic, all of her Traits are disabled, her damage resistances and immunities are disabled, and her constructs all become stunned.
The Joy of Creation. When Kiko rolls an ability check for using tools to create a piece of artwork, any check where the die rolls less than a 10 is treated as if the die had rolled a 10.
Broadcasting Network. Kiko can sense the presence and general location of all creatures, as well as the rough shape of the landscape, within 1 mile of all radio-wave-based devices within 250 miles of her, as well as being able to hear sounds within 100 feet of these devices. Locations in bright daylight and the creatures within them cannot be sensed in this way.
Multiattack. Kiko makes three Thrown Object attacks.
Petrifying Paintbrush. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 2 (1d4 + 0) acid damage, and the target must make a DC 12 Constitution saving throw. On a failure, the creature's movement speed is halved as the paint left by Kiko's attack begins to petrify them. On the start of their next turn, they must repeat the saving throw. On a second failure, the creature becomes petrified for the next 1 hour.
Thrown Object. Ranged Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, range 30/60 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d4 + 2) bludgeoning or slashing damage.
Radio Static (Recharge 6). Kiko creates a field of radio static in a 30-foot radius around herself, which lingers until the end of her next turn. Creatures within the field are deafened, and spells cast from inside the field fail if they require verbal components.
Create Construct. Kiko animates an object that she has created within 30 feet of her, which is treated as though animated by animate objects. She cannot animate any object that was not created by herself, cannot animate any object that is Gargantuan, and can only have up to eight animated constructs at a time.
Channel Hopping. When Kiko is attacked, before the attack roll is made, she can teleport to a radio device within 60 feet of herself.
Lair and Lair Actions
The abandoned warehouse that serves as both Kiko's art studio and her station of the TRAUMA - FM radio broadcast. She spends most of her time here working away at projects she may never finish, hoping to eventually be able to create a new work of art that will serve as her vessel.
Lair Actions
On initiative count 20 (losing initiative ties), Kiko takes a lair action to cause one of the following effects; She can’t use the same effect two rounds in a row:
- Screeching radio sounds fill the air throughout the studio. All creatures that can hear the shrill sounds (except for Kiko) must make a DC 10 Constitution saving throw. On a failure, the creature takes 1d10 thunder damage and automatically loses concentration on any active spells they were preparing.
- Kiko commands all of her constructs, allowing each active construct under her control to make one attack as a bonus action.
Regional Effects
The region containing Kiko's studio is constantly flooded with radio signals, which creates one or more of the following effects:
- Radio devices within a 10-mile radius of the studio will occasionally change channels unprompted, often changing to T-FM's broadcasts.
- Broken pieces of failed art projects litter the environment within a 1-mile radius of the studio.
If Kiko dies, these effects fade over the course of 1d4 days.
