Portal to the Abyss.  If a creature gets into the mouth of the abyssal jaws, they will end up in a random layer of the abyss, if the creature is already in the abyss, they will end up in one of the lower planes besides hell. If the creature is huge or larger attempts to enter, the abyssal jaws will die.

Description

The abyssal jaws looks like a large leathery ball with wolf legs and it's face being completely replaced with a giant mouth. it serves as a portal to the abyss by night hags and yugoloths. they are always connected to another abyssal jaws.
