Phase Step. Once per short rest, as a bonus action, the Voidstalker Drake can teleport up to 60 feet to an unoccupied space it can see. After teleporting, it has advantage on attack rolls until the start of its next turn.
Shadow Burst (Recharge 5-6). The Voidstalker Drake can emit a pulse of shadowy energy in a 30-foot radius. Each creature in the area must make a DC 17 Constitution saving throw, taking 36 (8d8) necrotic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Any creature that fails the save is also blinded until the end of its next turn.
Multiattack. The Voidstalker Drake makes two attacks: one with its Bite and one with its Tail.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 17 (2d10 + 5) piercing damage.

Each creature in that area must make a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw, taking 45 (10d8) psychic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. On a failed save, a creature is also teleported 30 feet in a random direction, landing prone in the new location.
The Voidstalker Drake can take 2 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The Voidstalker Drake regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.

The Voidstalker Drake has glowing runes etched into its body that pulse with Fey magic, allowing it to teleport short distances and blend into the shadows. It can cross vast distances in the blink of an eye, making it a master of stealth and surprise.
