Dwarven Resilience. Bavin has advantage on saving throws against being poisoned.
Divine Sense. Bavin knows the location and direction of each celestial, fiend, or undead within 60 feet of him that isn't behind full cover.
Spellcasting. Bavin is an 9th-level half-caster. His spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 15). Bavin has the following paladin spells prepared:
1st level (4 slots): alarm, detect magic, protection from evil and good, shield of faith, thunderous smite
2nd level (3 slots): branding smite, moonbeam, see invisibility, warding bond
3rd level (2 slots): counterspell, crusader's mantle, nondetection
Divine Smite. Whenever Bavin hits with an attack, he can expend a spell slot to deal additional radiant damage equal to 1d8+1d8 per level of the spell slot expended. When he does, the attack deals an additional 1d8 radiant damage if the target is a fiend or undead.
Aura of the Watcher. Each creature within 10 feet of Bavin while he's not incapacitated, including Bavin, gain a +3 bonus to saving throws and a +4 bonus to initiative rolls.
Multiattack. Bavin makes two attacks with his silver greatsword.
Silver Greatsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 4) slashing damage.
Lay On Hands (1/Long Rest). One creature Bavin touches regains 45 hit points.
Channel Divinity (1/Short or Long Rest). Bavin uses one of the following options:
Watcher's Will. Bavin chooses up to three creatures he can see within 30 feet of him. For 1 minute, Bavin and the chosen creatures have advantage on Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma saving throws.
Abjure the Extraplanar. Each aberration, celestial, elemental, fey, or fiend within 30 feet of Bavin that can hear him must make a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the creature is turned for 1 minute or until it takes damage. A turned creature must spend its turns trying to move as far away from Bavin as it can, and it can’t willingly end its move in a space within 30 feet of him. For its action, it can use only the Dash action or try to escape from an effect that prevents it from moving. If there’s nowhere to move, the creature can take the Dodge action.
Interception. When a creature hits with an attack against a creature other than Bavin within 5 feet of him, Bavin can reduce the damage dealt by that attack by 1d10+4 (to a minimum of 0).
Description
