Robes of the Astral Shift. RT-3 wears robes made from woven star dust and infused with astral energy. These robes render RT-3 completely immune to force damage and grant them advantage on saving throws against spells that attempt to banish them to another plane.

Planar Hunter. RT-3 has extensive knowledge of hunting extraplanar creatures. They have advantage on attack rolls against aberrations, and they deal an additional 2d6 radiant damage to each aberration they hit with weapon attacks.

DC-05 Laser Pistol. RT-3 wields the DC-05, a specialized laser weapon capable of firing powerful energy bolts. This weapon bypasses resistance to nonmagical attacks and deals radiant damage.

Actions

Multiattack. RT-3 makes two attacks: one with its Vibroblade Quarterstaff and one with its DC-05 Laser Pistol.

Vibroblade Quarterstaff. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 12 (2d6 + 5) slashing damage plus 7 (2d6) radiant damage. On a critical hit, the weapon vibrates at a frequency that disorients the target, causing the target to have disadvantage on the next saving throw it makes before the end of its next turn.

DC-05 Laser Pistol. Ranged Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, range 60/240 ft., one target. Hit: 18 (4d6 + 4) radiant damage. If the target is an aberration, it takes an additional 8 (2d6) radiant damage.

Astral Pulsar (Recharges 5-6). RT-3 emits an explosion of astral energy in a 20-foot radius centered on themselves. Each creature in that area must make a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw, taking 45 (10d8) radiant damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Creatures that fail the save are knocked prone.

Bonus Actions

Astral Quickstep. RT-3 can teleport up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space it can see as a bonus action once per round. After teleporting, RT-3 has advantage on the next attack it makes before the end of its turn.

Reactions

Tactical Dodge. When a creature within 30 feet of RT-3 makes an attack roll against them, RT-3 can teleport 15 feet to an unoccupied space it can see as a reaction, causing the attack to potentially miss.
