Magical Weapons. Yavos Jend's weapon attacks are magical.
Regeneration. Yavos Jend regains 20 hit points at the start of his turn. If he takes radiant damage, this trait doesn't function at the start of his next turn. Yavos Jend dies only if he starts his turn with 0 hit points and doesn't regenerate.
Aura of the Deep. The air around Yavos Jend mirrors the environment of the deep sea. Creatures are unable to breath air within 20 feet of Yavos Jend. When a creature starts its turn in this 20 foot radius, it must succeed on a DC 20 Constitution saving throw or take 14 force damage,(taking half on a success), and have their movement speed halved until its next turn.
Innate Spellcasting. Yavos Jend's innate spellcasting ability is Charisma {spell save DC 22). He can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:

Multiattack. Yavos Jend makes three attacks: one with his tentacle and two with his claws.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +15 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (2d6 + 8) slashing damage.
Tentacle. Melee Weapon Attack: +15 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d6 + 8) bludgeoning damage plus 11 (2dl0) necrotic damage.
Teleport. Yavos Jend magically teleports, along with any equipment he is wearing and carrying, up to 120 feet to an unoccupied space he can see.
Yavos Jend can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Yavos Jend regains spent legendary actions at the start of his turn.
Power of the Tides (Costs 2 Actions). All creatures within 40 feet that Yavos Jend chooses must succeed on a DC 23 Strength saving throw or be moved up to 20 feet towards or away from Yavos Jend.
Tentacle. Yavos Jend makes a tentacle attack.
Teleport. Yavos Jend uses his Teleport action.
Description
Archdevil of the Fifth Circle, Vassal to Levistus, Servant of Asmodeus, and Devil of the Depths. Yavos Jend is a fiend that makes his home within the dark waters that lie beneath Stygia, the frozen wasteland of the Nine Hells. His is fiercely loyal to his entombed Lord, Levistus and leads counter efforts against the Archdevil Greyon’s attempts to usurp him.
Because of his familiarity with the waters, Yavos Jend specializes in making deals with sailors who had been betrayed by the sea. He will appear in the final moments of the drowning and offer them control over the dark waters. He will visit the dreams of stranded captains and tempt them with otherworldly ships that could not only carry them away from where they are trapped, but can also provide dominance over the naval powers. All for the price of their soul.
Yavos Jend appears as a twelve foot tall, thin humanoid dressed in a red longcoat and a large tri-corner hat. These clothes obscure his face and most of his body. His eyes glow a faint yellow and have pupils resembling those of an octopus. He has thin, pale hands tipped with sharp talons, and inky-black tentacles that are usually kept beneath his coat.
