Chaos-Born. Andreus is immune to any effects that would charm him, as well as effects that would intrude or otherwise alter his mind and memories. Additionally, when Andreus rolls a 1 on an attack roll, saving throw, or skill check, he can choose to reroll. Andreus must choose the results of the new roll, and can only perform this once per attack roll, saving throw, or skill check.
Unseen Speed (Legendary Feature). When another creature attacks Andreus, or subjects him to a saving throw, Andreus can choose to automatically dodge the attack or succeed the saving throw. He must use this before the attack is rolled, and he can only perform this a number of times equal to his proficiency bonus (6 times) per day.
Lock & Key (Mythic Feature). While deployed via his Send Talon action, Andreus' Talon can be targeted by attacks. Its AC is 20, its Hit Points is 120, it has resistance to piercing damage, immunity to slashing, bludgeoning, and piercing from non-magical attacks, and vulnerability to psychic damage. If Andreus' Talon reaches 0 Hit Points, it shatters, and Andreus transforms into the Raven of Empathy.
Apathy. Andreus is immune to all effects that would alter his emotions or require him to feel pain.
Multiattack. Andreus makes two Stab attacks, or two Kickbox attacks.
Stab. Melee Weapon Attack: +16 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 30 (6d8 + 10) piercing damage.
Flay. Melee Weapon Attack: +16 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 36 (6d10 + 10) slashing damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 18 Constitution saving throw or begin bleeding. Bleeding creatures take an additional 2d6 slashing damage when they take physical damage. Bleeding ends when an affected creature heals more than 8 hit points in a turn.
Kickbox. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 16 (4d6 + 4) bludgeoning damage.
Send Talon. Andreus sends his Talon to a point of his choice within 60 ft. that he can see and make a stab attack as a part of this action targeting a creature within 5 ft. of that point.
While Talon is deployed in this way, Andreus loses his own Stab and Flay attacks. He can use a bonus action to move Talon up to 60 ft. and make a Multiattack or Flay action from Talon's position.
Recall Talon. Andreus recalls Talon to him. He cannot send and recall Talon in the same turn.
Andreus can take 2 reactions in response to another creature performing an action before his turn rather than 1.
Reflexive Opportunity. In reaction to a creature within 10 ft. missing an attack against Andreus, he can choose to move within 5 ft. of that creature and attack them with advantage using his Stab attack.
Andreus can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn. Andreus regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.
Restore Energy. Andreus regains a charge of his Unseen Speed feature. Andreus can only use this legendary action while he has remaining charges of Unseen Speed.
Kickbox. Andreus uses his Kickbox action.
Shift & Stab (Costs 2 Actions). Andreus moves up to half of his movement speed and uses his Stab action. If Andreus has charges of his Unseen Speed remaining, this movement does not provoke attack of opportunity.
Description
Andreus Fellfeather, a man once burdened by many things. A responsibility for the world, for his people. A guilt for failing the one he loved. And the dire consequence of failure in these trying times.
No more. No more burdens, no more shackles. No more chains. A broken man, once held together, at last fragmented into something truly free.
