Traits

Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If Ava fails a saving throw, she can choose to succeed instead.

Unbreaking Concentration. Ava's powerful mind is ever expanding making her concentration on spells unyielding and is capable of concentrating up to 3 spells at a time. 

Spellcasting. Ava is an 20th-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 19, +11 to hit with spell attacks). Ava has the following warlock spells prepared:

Cantrips (at will): frostbite, spare the dying, eldritch blast

1st level (4 slots): detect magic, hex, shield, hellish rebuke

2nd level (3 slots): levitate, detect thoughts, invisibility, hold person, darkness

3rd level (3 slots): animate dead, counterspell, dispel magic, fear

4th level (3 slots): blight, dimension door, shadow of moil

5th level (3 slots): danse macabre, dream, enervation, negative energy flood

6th level (1 slot): eyebite, circle of death

7th level (1 slot): finger of death, plane shift

8th level (1 slot): maddening darkness, demiplane

9th level (1 slot): psychic scream

Undying Nature. Ava ages at a slower rate and can hold her breath indefinitely, and she doesn't require food, water, or sleep, although she still require rest to reduce exhaustion and still benefit from finishing short and long rests.

Indestructible Life. Once per short rest, you can use a bonus action to regain 1d8 +20 HP. Additionally, if Ava puts a severed body part of hers back in place when you use this feature, the part reattaches.
 
Actions

Paralyzing Touch. Melee Spell Attack: +12 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 10 (3d6) cold damage. The target must succeed on a DC 18 Constitution saving throw or be paralyzed for 1 minute. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.

Reactions

Mental Disruption. Upon taking psychic damage Ava can use her reaction to become immune to psychic damage for 10 minutes. You also put off a 10 ft aura of telekinetic energy, any creature of size large or smaller must make a strength save against your intelligence upon entering the aura. On a failed save the creature takes 1d8 force damage and is knocked prone at the border of your aura where it entered, on a successful save the creature will take no damage and not be knocked prone.This can be used (1/day).

Legendary Actions

Ava can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Ava  regains spent legendary actions at the start of her turn.

Cantrip. Ava can casts a cantrip.

Paralyzing Touch (Costs 2 Actions). Ava uses Paralyzing Touch.

The sounds of death. Ava cast her gaze on one creature she can see within 60 feet of it. The target must succeed on a DC 19 Wisdom saving throw against this magic or take (4d8 or 4d12) necrotic (toll the dead 17th level)

 

Pandemonium (Costs 3 Actions). Each creature within 20 feet of Ava must make a DC 19 Wisdom saving throw against this magic, on a failed save the targets are afflicted by Ava's madness

Effect (lasts 1d10 minutes)
01–20 The character retreats into his or her mind and becomes paralyzed. The effect ends if the character takes any damage.
21–30 The character becomes incapacitated and spends the duration screaming, laughing, or weeping.
31–40 The character becomes frightened and must use his or her action and movement each round to flee from the source of the fear.
41–50 The character begins babbling and is incapable of normal speech or spellcasting.
51–60 The character must use his or her action each round to attack the nearest creature.
61–70 The character experiences vivid hallucinations and has disadvantage on ability checks.
71–75 The character does whatever anyone tells him or her to do that isn’t obviously selfdestructive.
76–80 The character experiences an overpowering urge to eat something strange such as dirt, slime, or offal.
81–90 The character is stunned.
91–100 The character falls unconscious.

Ava's Lair

 

Ava is a girl who's animosity is a void that will envelope all things if she is not stopped. Her lair is her room, it's place of sanctuary to Ava. To step into her room is like walking into the void itself, she will swallow you up if you aren't careful.

Ava encountered in her lair has a challenge rating of 22 (41,000 XP).

Lair Actions

On initiative count 20 (losing initiative ties), Ava can take a lair action to cause one of the following magical effects; Ava can’t use the same effect two rounds in a row:

  • All creatures dead in Ava's can be sucked into her demiplane and will in turn become one of her minions indefinitely.
  • Ava cast her gaze on one creature she can see within 60 feet of it. The target must succeed on a DC 19 Wisdom saving throw against this magic or take (4d8 or 4d12) necrotic (toll the dead 17th level) the target must be Ava's Lair
  • Ava can call her legion by opening a portal from her demiplane. 3d6 zombie riflemen or 2d4 death knights.
