Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If the dragon fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.
Voids Chosen (Every 5 Turns). The dragon invokes its power over the infinite abyss, choosing one party member to center a 20ft radius black hole on. After one turn the Black hole appears, damaging anyone within the radius 16 (6d6) force damage on the start and end of their turn. Anyone trying to leave the area of the black hole takes double movement to traverse through.
Neutron Star (Follows 1 Round after Voids Chosen). The dragon summons a compressed Neutron star from the depths of space, to follow a selected party member with 15ft of movement per turn. If the star collides with any party member it explodes, dealing 120 (20d12) true damage. If the star collides with any active black hole, it is absorbed and replaces the black hole with a white hole.
White Hole (Upon Meeting Conditions). Spewing out massive amounts of radiant and celestial energy, the 20ft radius no longer damages the players, instead if they stand in this area their damage against Astoshan the Infinite Void is doubled, and resistances are no longer calculated.
Multiattack. The dragon can use its Frightful Presence. It then makes three attacks: one with its bite and two with its claws.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 19 (2d10 + 8) piercing damage.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d6 + 8) slashing damage.
Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 17 (2d8 + 8) bludgeoning damage.
Frightful Presence. Each creature of the dragon's choice that is within 120 feet of the dragon and aware of it must succeed on a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to the dragon's Frightful Presence for the next 24 hours.
Breath Weapons (Recharge 3–6). The dragon uses one of the following breath weapons.
Nebulas Breath. The dragon exhales a vibrant blast in a 60-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 20 Constitution saving throw, taking 65 (13d10) radiant damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Void Breath. The dragon exhales paralyzing gas in a 60-foot cone. Each creature in that area must succeed on a DC 20 Constitution saving throw, on a fail taking 40 (10d8) damage and be paralyzed for 1 minute. Taking half damage and resisting the condition on success. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
The dragon can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The dragon regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.
Detect. The dragon makes a Wisdom (Perception) check.
Tail Attack. The dragon makes a tail attack.
Lair and Lair Actions
A Silver Dragon’s Lair
Silver dragons dwell among the clouds, making their lairs on secluded cold mountain peaks. Though many are comfortable in natural cavern complexes or abandoned mines, silver dragons covet the lost outposts of humanoid civilization. An abandoned mountaintop citadel or a remote tower raised by a long-dead wizard is the sort of lair that every silver dragon dreams of.
Lair Actions
On initiative count 20 (losing initiative ties), the dragon takes a lair action to cause one of the following effects:
- Celestial Rain . Slowly falling celestial rain falls down from the ceiling over one quadrant of the arena (1d4). Ending your turn in this area deals 10 (2d10) acid damage.
- Summon Pulsar . The dragon summons forth a a static pulsar with 40hp that takes its turn at the start of the initiative order. It automatically sends out a burst of radiant energy in a 30ft radius dealing 50 (10d10) radiant damage.
