Necrotic Aura. At the start of each of the Bogrot Tyrant's turns, each creature within 10 feet of him takes 5 necrotic damage.
Regeneration. The Bogrot Tyrant regains 10 hit points at the start of his turn if he has at least 1 hit point and isn't in sunlight.
Multiattack. The Bogrot Tyrant makes two attacks with his Decay Touch.
Decay Touch. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (2d8 + 4) necrotic damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or have their speed reduced by 10 feet until the end of the Tyrant's next turn.
Grave Command (Recharge 5-6). The Bogrot proceeds to spout gibberish in Common. Each creature within 120 feet of him must make a DC 14 Charisma saving throw or take a level of Charmed. If under a level of Charmed, at the beginning of each of that character's turns, they repeat the saving throw to try and remove part or all of the Charmed condition. If the Bogrot uses this ability again while the target creature is Charmed and the player is within range, they must succeed on a DC 15 Charisma saving throw to avoid reaching Level 2 and DC 16 Charisma saving throw to avoid reaching Level 3.
Level 1 - They are confused by what the Bogrot is saying and have disadvantage on all attacks or spells that might damage or harm the Bogrot.
Level 2 - They start to believe what the Bogrot is saying to be true and that he is an ally. The creature can not direct any attacks or cast any spells that might damage, harm, or alter the Bogrot.
Level 3 - They are enthralled by the Bogrot and believe he must be protected. If the Bogrot deems another creature a threat, then the Charmed creature must use it's turn to try to attack the nearest threat or get as close as possible to the nearest target.
Venomous Spit. The Bogrot Tyrant gathers up vile within it's mouth and spits it at one player it can see within 15 feet. The target must make a DC 12 DEX saving throw taking 2d8 acid + 2d8 poison damage if they failed; taking half damage if they succeed. On a failed DEX saving throw, the player must make a DC 15 CON save or have the poisoned condition.
Unyielding. When the Bogrot Tyrant is reduced to 0 hit points, he can make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw. If successful, he is reduced to 1 hit point instead. This ability can only be used if the Tyrant is not in sunlight.
Description
Description: The Bogrot Tyrant once was a proud ruler whose vanity and greed led him to seek eternal life, a wish tragically granted by a curse that left him as nothing more than a decaying shell of his former self. His skin, once vibrant, is now a sickly pallor clinging to grotesque, ogre-like muscles, and his once commanding voice is now a guttural, haunting echo. His eyes, though sunk deep into their sockets, burn with a malevolent light, and his regal garments are tattered and rotting. The Bogrot Tyrant rules over his domain with an iron fist, using his brute strength and necrotic powers to crush any dissent.
