Undead Fortitude. If damage reduces the zombie pygmy elephant to 0 hit points, it must make a Constitution saving throw with a DC of 5 + the damage taken, unless the damage is radiant or from a critical hit. On a success, the zombie pygmy elephant drops to 1 hit point instead.
Pounce. If the zombie pygmy elephant moves at least 10 feet straight toward a creature and then hits it with a Stomp attack on the same turn, that target must succeed on a DC 11 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. If the target is prone, the zombie pygmy elephant can make one Headbutt attack against it as a bonus action.
Stomp. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 1) bludgeoning damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 11 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.
Headbutt. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d4 + 2) bludgeoning damage.

Description
A small, undead elephant with decaying gray flesh, cracked tusks, and empty, glowing eyes. These reanimated creatures were once noble pygmy elephants, now twisted into a grotesque form by dark magic. Though slow, a sudden burst of energy allows the zombie pygmy elephant to launch itself forward, using its weight to knock down its prey.
