Non-Blighted creatures within the aura have disadvantage on Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma saving throws. Necrotic Riddle (Recharge 5-6). The Blighted Sphinx presents a riddle infused with necrotic energy, targeting all creatures within 60 feet that can hear it. Each target must make a DC 18 Intelligence saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 44 (8d10) necrotic damage and is stunned until the end of its next turn. On a successful save, a creature takes half damage and isn’t stunned.
Blighted Breath (1/Day). The Blighted Sphinx exhales a wave of blighted energy in a 60-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 18 Constitution saving throw, taking 66 (12d12) blighted energy damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Creatures that fail the save are also infected with the Blighted Scourge.
