Hive Mind. The Blighted Draconic Rex shares a hive mentality with other Blighted creatures, allowing them to coordinate attacks. If one Blighted creature is aware of a hostile creature, all others in the hive mind are also aware.
Blighted Scourge. Natural weapon attacks by the Blighted Draconic Rex can infect creatures with the Blighted Scourge. A creature hit by the Rex’s attack must succeed on a DC 16 Constitution saving throw or contract the Blighted Scourge.
Draconic Roar (Recharge 5-6). The Blighted Draconic Rex unleashes a terrifying roar infused with draconic blighted energy. Each creature within 30 feet of the Rex that can hear it must succeed on a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened for 1 minute. A frightened creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
Blighted Breath (Recharge 5-6). The Blighted Draconic Rex exhales blighted energy in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 16 Constitution saving throw, taking 44 (8d10) blighted energy damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one. Creatures that fail this save are also infected with the Blighted Scourge.
Multiattack. The Blighted Draconic Rex makes two attacks: one with its bite and one with its tail. It cannot make both attacks against the same target.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 34 (4d12 + 7) piercing damage. If the target is a Medium or smaller creature, it is grappled (escape DC 18). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained, and the Blighted Draconic Rex cannot bite another target.
Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 20 (3d8 + 7) bludgeoning damage.
