Hive Mind. The Blighted Thunderhorn Triceratops shares a hive mentality with other Blighted creatures, allowing them to coordinate attacks. If one Blighted creature is aware of a hostile creature, all others in the hive mind are also aware.
Blighted Scourge. Natural weapon attacks by the Blighted Thunderhorn Triceratops can infect creatures with the Blighted Scourge. A creature hit by the Triceratops’s attack must succeed on a DC 18 Constitution saving throw or contract the Blighted Scourge.
Thunderous Charge. If the Blighted Thunderhorn Triceratops moves at least 20 feet straight toward a target and then hits it with its horn attack on the same turn, the target takes an extra 22 (4d10) bludgeoning damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 18 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.
Thunder Aura. The Blighted Thunderhorn Triceratops emits a constant, low hum that creates a 15-foot aura of thunder around it. Any creature that starts its turn within the aura must succeed on a DC 18 Constitution saving throw or take 11 (2d10) thunder damage and be pushed 5 feet back.
Multiattack. The Blighted Thunderhorn Triceratops makes two attacks: one with its horn and one with its stomp.
Horn. Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 29 (4d8 + 7) piercing damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 18 Strength saving throw or be pushed 10 feet back.
Stomp. Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 5 ft., one prone creature. Hit: 26 (3d10 + 7) bludgeoning damage.
Thunderous Roar (Recharge 5-6). The Blighted Thunderhorn Triceratops releases a deafening roar in a 30-foot radius. Each creature in that area must make a DC 18 Constitution saving throw, taking 45 (10d8) thunder damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Creatures that fail the save are also stunned until the end of their next turn.
Description
The Blighted Thunderhorn Triceratops is a terrifying fusion of ancient primal might and the corruptive force of the Blighted Scourge. Once a proud and resilient titan of the prehistoric world, it has now been twisted into a monstrous juggernaut of destruction. Its three jagged horns are no longer just weapons but conduits of raw thunderous energy, crackling and pulsing with unnatural vibrations.
Darkened and cracked, its hide is encrusted with jagged blighted growths, glowing faintly with a sickly energy. The air around it vibrates ominously, and with each heavy step, the ground beneath its colossal form shudders. When it charges, the land itself seems to fracture under the force, and when it bellows, a deafening, thunderous roar echoes for miles.
It is a living, breathing storm of devastation, feared even among the Blighted forces for its unpredictable fury. Any foolish enough to stand against it are soon reduced to smoldering ruins, either shattered by its horns or obliterated by its powerful thunderous energy.
