Aberrant Soul. this creature shows up as an aberration when targeted by any spell that would determine its creature type, as well as any spell that would detect a specific type of creature, but retains its status as a humanoid for all other occasions.
Death Burst. when this creature reaches 0 hit points, it explodes. Each creature within 20 feet of tis creature when it explodes must make a DC 15 DEX save. if they fail, they take [roll]3d4[/roll] force damage and [roll]1d4[/roll] psychic damage. on a success, they take half damage.
Far Realm Rift. this creature teleports to the far realm for 1 round, leaving an open dimensional rift in its space. after a round, the rift disappears and the aberrant soul comes back within 10 ft. of the rift and takes 1d8 force damage. any creature that enters the rift gets teleported to a random plane of existence for one round, after which they return to a space within 20 ft. of the rift. when the rift disappears, it triggers a death burst centered on the rift.
