Blighted Frost Troll

Hive Mind. The Blighted Frost Troll shares a hive mentality with other Blighted creatures, allowing them to act in unison. If one Blighted creature is aware of a hostile creature, all others in the hive mind are also aware.

Blighted Scourge. Natural weapon attacks by the Blighted Frost Troll carry the Blighted Scourge infection. A creature hit by the troll’s attacks must succeed on a DC 16 Constitution saving throw or contract the Blighted Scourge.

Regeneration. The Blighted Frost Troll regains 10 hit points at the start of its turn if it has at least 1 hit point. If the troll takes fire damage, this trait doesn’t function until the start of its next turn.

Frozen Aura. The Blighted Frost Troll radiates an aura of extreme cold in a 15-foot radius. Each creature that starts its turn within the aura must succeed on a DC 16 Constitution saving throw or take 10 (3d6) cold damage and have its speed reduced by 10 feet until the start of the creature’s next turn. Blighted creatures are immune to this effect.

Multiattack. The Blighted Frost Troll makes two attacks: one with its bite and one with its icy claws.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 16 (2d10 + 5) piercing damage, plus 9 (2d8) cold damage.

Icy Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 22 (4d6 + 6) slashing damage, plus 9 (2d8) cold damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 16 Constitution saving throw or contract the Blighted Scourge.

Frost Breath (Recharge 5-6). The Blighted Frost Troll exhales a cone of freezing blight in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 16 Constitution saving throw, taking 36 (8d8) cold and blighted energy damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one. Creatures that fail the saving throw are also infected with the Blighted Scourge.

Frozen Rage. The Blighted Frost Troll channels its blighted power, increasing its attack damage by 1d8 cold damage on its next melee attack.
