Innate Spellcasting. This warlock's innate spellcasting ability is Charisma. It can innately cast the following spells (spell save DC 17), requiring no material components, +8 to hit
- At will: eldritch blast, minor illusion, mage hand
- 3/day: Ice Knife
- 1/day each: darkness, Ice Storm, hex, vampiric touch
Devil Sight. The Warlock has the magical ability to see perfectly in darkness, whether natural or magical in nature, to a distance of 120'.
Armor of Ice. Once per short rest, the warlock has the ability to call up a magical armor that covers him in an icy mist. This adds +1 to his armor class, and deals 1d6 ice damage to anyone who successfully hits him with a melee weapon.
Multiattack. The warlock makes two weapon attacks or four eldritch blast attacks.
Ice Rapier. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (1d8 + 9) piercing damage plus 8 (1d10) ice damage
Eldritch Blast. Ranged Spell Attack: +8 to hit, range 120 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (1d10 + 5) force damage, and the target can be pushed back 10' if the warlock wishes.
Parry. The warlock adds 3 to its AC against one melee attack that would hit it. To do so, the warlock must see the attacker and be wielding a rapier.
