Heavy Crossbow. Ranged Weapon Attack: -1 to hit, range 100/400 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d10 -1) piercing damage.

Battlefield Commander. Jean commands a creature who can hear him within 60. That creature may immediately make a melee attack as a reaction and add a d4 to the attack roll.

Second Wind (1/short rest). Jean regains 1d10 +5 hit points.

Patch Up (2/short rest). Jean may use a health potion to restore 7 (2d4 +2) hit points to a creature within 5 feet.

En Garde! as a reaction in response to rolling initiative, Jean may move up to his movement speed and make a melee attack against a creature.
