Tactical Discipline. The adamant consul has advantage on all ability checks and saving throws made during combat, as long as it has at least half its hit points.
Multiattack. The consul makes two attacks with its spear, or makes one attack with its spear and uses its Voice of Command ability.
Spear. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d6 + 3) piercing damage, or 7 (1d8 + 3) piercing damage when used with two hands to make a melee attack.
Voice of Command. The iron consul selects one ally within 60 feet of it that can hear its commands. That ally can immediately use its reaction to move up to half their speed and make one melee attack.
Adamant Parry. The consult adds 2 to its AC against one melee attack that would hit it. If the attack was a critical hit it becomes a normal hit. To use this reaction, the consul must see the attacker and be wielding a melee weapon.
