Description
The giant snails of the Mort Myre swamp are fearsome ambush predators. What they lack in speed they make up for in viciousness. Their preferred way to kill their prey is to spray it with acid, which they can launch with surprising accuracy across substantial distances. They are just as happy to eviscerate their prey up close, though, if it comes to it, with the sharp appendages that cover the meaty parts of their body. They can retract into their shells with surprising speed, using their tough shells as a shield from attacks before popping out and retaliating.
