Natural form. The dragon has two forms that are equally natural for it. A dragon form and another humanoid form most fitting for it's environment.
Blast from the past. Upon reaching 0 hit points, dragon does not die or become incapacitated, instead it summons a younger version of itself. A temporal rift opens from the dragon and a "youngest time dragon" appears. It acts on the same initiative as its original.
Multiattack. The dragon makes three attacks: one bite and two claw attacks.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 16 (2d10 + 5) piercing damage plus 5 (1d10) lightning damage.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: (2d6 + 5) slashing damage.
Time breath (Recharge 5–6). Dragon exhales a glowing blue energy in a 60 foot cone. Creatures inside make a DC 16 CON saving throw. On a failure, creatures take 27(6d8) necrotic damage and must choose between taking only an action, movement, or bonus action and can use a reaction until the end of their next turn. On a success, creature takes half damage and takes no other negative effects.
Time jump. (Misty step).
Slow time. Choose one creature within 60 feet and slow their movement. Chosen creature makes DC 14 CON saving throw. On a failure, creature can only take one action on their turn and can not use a reaction until the end of their turn.
Before you did. As a reaction, the dragon can force a re-roll on any D20 roll by another creature. This can be used before or after the outcome of the roll is known.
I was never even there. After dragon has been attacked by any aimed projectile attack (AOE, Bow, Attack spell etc.), but before damage has been rolled, dragon can use its reaction to instantly teleport to any location within 30ft. This does not allow for an attack of opportunity.
Attack of opportunity (bite or claw only).
Legendary reaction: Can expend 1 legendary action to use any of the above listed reactions.
Dragon has 3 legendary actions per round of combat.
Attack.(1 action) Choose to use either one claw or bight attack.
Winged belows.(2 actions) Dragon creates powerful gusts of wind with it's wings. All creatures large or smaller within a 3 foot radius from dragon make a DC16 strength or dexterity saving throw. On a failure creatures are knocked prone and pushed away from the dragon 15 feet.
Tail swipe. (2 actions) Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: (2d6 + 5) slashing damage. On a successful shove the target (make opposed athletics check)).
