Regeneration. Voltura regains 10 hit points at the start of her turn if she has at least 1 hit point and isn't in sunlight or running water. If Voltura takes radiant damage or damage from holy water, this trait doesn't function at the start of her next turn.
Spider Climb. Voltura can climb difficult surfaces, including upside down on ceilings, without needing to make an ability check.
Vampire Weaknesses. Voltura has the following flaws:
Forbiddance. Voltura can't enter a residence without an invitation from one of the occupants.
Harmed by Running Water. Voltura takes 20 acid damage when she ends her turn in running water.
Stake to the Heart. Voltura is destroyed if a piercing weapon made of wood is driven into her heart while she is incapacitated in her resting place.
Sunlight Hypersensitivity. Voltura takes 20 radiant damage when she starts her turn in sunlight. While in sunlight, she has disadvantage on attack rolls and ability checks.
Spellcasting. Voltura is a 3rd level spellcaster. Her spellcasting ability is Intelligence (spell save DC 14, +6 to hit with spell attacks). She has the following spells prepared:
Cantrips: Chill Touch, Minor Illusion
1st level (3 slots): Charm Person, Disguise Self, Sleep
2nd level (1 slot): Invisibility, Mirror Image
Multiattack. Voltura makes two attacks, only one of which can be a Bite attack.
Blackfang Longsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +8; to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 10 (1d8 + 5) slashing damage and an additional 3 (1d4) cold damage and 3 (1d4) necrotic damage. Once per turn if Voltura has advantage on this attack and it hits it deals an additional 14 (4d6) slashing damage.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one willing creature, or a creature that is grappled by Voltura, incapacitated or restrained. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 1); piercing damage plus 7 (2d6) necrotic damage. The target's hit point maximum is reduced by an amount equal to the necrotic damage taken, and Voltura regains hit points equal to that amount. The reduction lasts until the target finishes a long rest. The target dies if this effect reduces its hit point maximum to 0.
Cunning Action. Volture uses the Dash, Disengage or Hide action.
Uncanny Dodge. When an attacker that Voltura can see hits her with an attack, she can use her reaction to halve the attack’s damage against her.
Description
Voltura was always a troublemaker and a formidable thief. While she was still alive she was already on the payroll of multiple indecent organisations and employers.
And becoming a vampire has only made it easier for her to use her talents efficiently. Be it theft, extortion or murder: for the right price (and maybe a nibble on your neck) she'll doit all.
Just make sure you actually pay her, because she can hold a grudge like no one else.
