Witch's Hex. Agnes utters a magical bewilderment, targeting one creature she can see within 60 feet of her. The target must succeed on a DC 13 Wisdom saving throw or take 9 (2d8) psychic damage and have disadvantage on attack rolls until the end of the Agnes’ next turn.
Spellcasting. Agnes is a 4th-level spellcaster. Her spellcasting ability is Wisdom (spell save DC 13, +4 to hit with spell attacks). She has the following druid spells prepared:
Cantrips (at will): druidcraft, produce flame, shillelagh, starry wisp
1st level (4 slots): bane, entangle, faerie fire, goodberry
2nd level (3 slots): augury, barkskin, misty step
Poofy Poof (Recharges after a Short or Long Rest). In response to taking damage, Agnes turns invisible and teleports, along with any equipment she is wearing or carrying, up to 60 feet to an unoccupied space she can see. She remains invisible until the start of her next turn or until she attacks, makes a damage roll, or casts a spell.

Who is Agnes?
- Makes her living as a Fortune Teller in town.
- Pyla Thornbloom’s younger sister
- Former member of a witch’s coven with Pyla. Left the coven due to Pyla’s extreme methods.
What does Agnes know?
- Pyla’s son was killed in the war. Pyla took it hard. Wanted to take it out on all Goblinoids.
- Pyla asked for help summoning a creature from the Abyss - a Barghest known for consuming the souls of Goblinoids.
- Agnes didn’t help, but believes that Pyla summoned the creature anyway.
- Fire may be able to banish the creature back to the Abyss.
- She believes the creature is using the Hot Spring tunnels to navigate the city.
- She’s explored the lower tunnels, but has not explored further upstream.
