Traits

Quantum Lock: When being observed, the weeping angels are unable to move and are petrified, however every 2 rounds their oppounets must blink, giving it a chance to move and conduct its turn at normal. However, the angels are not immune from being locked by looking at each other, possibly allowing them to be tricked through certain means. There are ways to cheat the blinking mechanic if those fighting it are experienced and can time their blinks so it cannot move. If no one is watching it or someone turns away it can immediately react and move, dealing 2d12 bludgeoning damage

Actions

Stolen Time: Can only be used when below half health
On its turn if it can reach a target, that target must make a constition save or be banished for 30 seconds, and upon returning is aged 50 years,if this is past the average life span of the species (dm's discretion) the target takes 8d10 damage and is given level 3 exhaustion,if a target is already exhausted with level 3 when returning it is reduced to ash regardless of health remaining. This heals the weeping ang for 3d12 if the save is failed.Targets effected by this action cannot be effected again by this action for 24 hours. The aging can be reversed with a greater healing spell or similar means

Bite Melee Attack. +4 to hit, deals 2d8 piercing damage

Don't Blink: It will attack by trying to snap the victims neck, doing 4d10 bludgeoning damage, the target must make a consitution saving throw of 16 or be paralyzed for its next turn
