Shapechanger. The werewolf can use its action to polymorph into a wolf-humanoid hybrid or into a wolf, or back into its true form, which is humanoid. Its statistics, other than its AC, are the same in each form. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying isn't transformed. It reverts to its true form if it dies.

Keen Hearing and Smell. The werewolf has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing or smell.

Darkvision. The Vampire Lycan can see 60ft in pitch black darkness as if it were dim light and can see normally in dim light.

Immortality. The Vampire can be reduced to 1 hp but cannot die unless stabbed with a wooden stake. The werewolf can be reduced to 1 hp but cannot die unless stabbed with a silver dagger. If the attacks are not done simultaneously it will not die. The werewolf will heal through the power of the stake and the Vampire will heal through the power of the dagger.

Actions

Multiattack. (Vampire or Hybrid Form Only). The Vampire Lycan makes two attacks: two with its rapier or fangs (vampire form) or one with its bite and one with its claws (hybrid form).

Bite . Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 22 (5d8) piercing damage. If the target is a humanoid, it must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or be cursed with Werewolf Lycanthropy if bitten in hybrid form or Vampirism if bitten in vampire form.

Claws. (Hybrid Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 7 (2d4 + 2) piercing damage plus 16 (6d6) slashing damage.

Rapier (Humanoid Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 22 (5d8) piercing damage.

Life Sustain (Vampire Form Only). Drain attack: only after successful bite. 1 Target, creauture must make a constitution saving throw DC 16 or take 15 (4d6 + 8) damage. That damage is then given to the Vampire restoring its HP by that amount.
