Multiattack. Sowpig makes two Lollipop attacks, or replaces one melee attack with one Vitality Theft attack.
Lollipop. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (2d6 + 2) bludgeoning damage and the target is covered in a sticky candy residue, reducing that creature's speed by 10 feet and preventing it from taking reactions until the start of Sowpig's next turn.
Vitality Theft. Melee Spell Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 9 (2d8) necrotic damage, and Sowpig regains a number of hit points equal to half the damage dealt. Until the start of Sowpig’s next turn, the target has disadvantage on attack rolls.
Cunning Action. Sowpig can take the Dash, Disengage or Hide action as a bonus action on each of her turns.
Uncanny Dodge (Recharge 4-6). When an attacker that Sowpig can see hits her with an attack roll, she can take a Reaction to halve the attack’s damage (round down).
