Reactions

Dash Protocol: Voodoo 1 dashes to the side to avoid a ranged/melee attack.

Amped: If hit with lightning damage Voodoo 1 heals and gains a second action on his next turn

Voodoo 1 is capable of overclocking itself to achieve better tactical processing 

The Skies belong to me (Costs 1 Bonus Actions): Voodoo 1 shoots one projectile out of the air at the cost of giving up a ranged attack next turn

Programed hostility (Cost 1 Action): Voodoo 1 lunges forward attempting to stab the target if successful  he flies up 30ft with the target before slamming them into the train (3d6 Bludgeoning) damage

In the pipe 5x5 (Must be below 50% of HP): Voodoo 1 charges up a full powered shot before unleashing it on a target (6d10 + 4) Radiant damage.

Sore Loser (HP drops to below 25%):Voodoo 1 grabs the healthiest party member and flies up as high as it can into the air while they get opportunities to attack to stop him, if  after 1d4 turns he still isn't dead his power core fails and he falls lifeless while deathgriping the member both smashing into the main engine of the train.
