Traits

Regeneration. The Weredraconian regains 5 hit points at the start of its turn. If the Weredraconian takes damage from a radiant damage weapon or a spell, this trait doesn’t function at the start of the Weredraconian's next turn. The Weredraconian dies only if it starts its turn with 0 hit points and doesn’t regenerate.

Savagery. At the start of each turn if the Weredraconian has less than 80 hit points, the Weredraconian must make Wisdom saving throw DC 14; on a success, the Weredraconian is in full control of its actions for that turn. On a failure, the Weredraconian moves and makes its Multiattack action at the nearest creature for that turn.

Actions

Multiattack. The Weredraconian makes two weapon attacks (from the human form's available melee/ranged weapons) and one bite attack.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +X to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 3d4 piercing and 1d6 lightning damage. If the target is a humanoid, it must succeed on a DC 12 Constitution saving throw or be cursed with Weredraconian lycanthropy.

Weapons (melee or ranged). Melee/Range Weapon Attack: +X to hit, distance "X ft.", one target. Hit: "X damage" plus 1d6 lightning damage.

"+X" equals the ranged or melee bonus from the Weredraconian's human stats with proficiency bonus.

Distance "X ft." equals the reach or range stats for the Weredraconian's human melee/ranged weapons.

"X damage" equal the damage stats for the Weredraconian's human melee/ranged weapons.

Lightning Breath (Recharge 5–6). The Weredraconian exhales lightning in an 30-foot line that is 5 feet wide. Each creature in that line must make a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw, taking 3d12 lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Description

"Nuitari Nuitari Nuitari, three at the max,

We enlist your shadow, full, wane and wax.

Relight the spark, reject the light,

With this power, you wield a dragon's might."

Dereven Galanodel was experimented on with powerful enchantments by the black robed mages Wyhan and Furgast. Upon the success of their ritual, Dereven was infused with a large shard of the blue dragon Isath's natural gem; he would later discover that the catalyst of the shard was used on him to test out a new cursed form of lycanthropy - the weredraconian.

Now cursed with the first case of weredraconian lycanthropy, Dereven can transform at will into this large dragon creature just as werewolves do but only during days when the black moon Nuitari of Kyrnn is in waxing, waning or full positions.

Weredraconians are savage lycanthropes that are comparable in the strength and power to young adult dragons and resemble more primal half-dragons, yet they retain humanoid many features, allowing weredraconians to wield weapons and magic just as they do in their human form.
