Stoneform Resilience

While the Stone Giant is standing on stone or earth, he has advantage on saving throws against being stunned, paralyzed, or knocked prone.

Tremor Sense

The Stone Giant can sense vibrations in the ground within 60 feet of him. He can pinpoint the location of any creature that is touching the ground within range, even if the creature is invisible or hidden.

Rockborn Magic

The Stone Giant has learned to manipulate the stone and earth around him. He can cast the following spells (spell save DC 15, +7 to hit with spell attacks):

  • 1/day each: Meld into Stone, Erupting Earth

Earthquake Stomp (Recharge 5-6)

The Stone Giant slams the ground with such force that the earth trembles violently. Each creature within a 20-foot radius of Gargol must make a DC 16 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone and take 21 (6d6) bludgeoning damage. On a successful save, creatures take half damage and are not knocked prone.

 

Gravitational Pull (Recharge 4-6)

The Stone Giant slams both fists into the ground, creating a localized gravity well. Each creature within 30 feet of him must succeed on a DC 16 Strength saving throw or be pulled up to 15 feet toward him. Additionally, creatures that fail the save have disadvantage on their next attack roll against Gargol.

Actions

Multiattack. The giant makes two greatclub attacks.

Greatclub. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 19 (3d8 + 6) bludgeoning damage.

Rock. Ranged Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, range 60/240 ft., one target. Hit: 28 (4d10 + 6) bludgeoning damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 17 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.

 

 

Reactions

Rock Catching. If a rock or similar object is hurled at the giant, the giant can, with a successful DC 10 Dexterity saving throw, catch the missile and take no bludgeoning damage from it.
