Traits

Hold Breath. While out of water, the mount can hold its breath for 30 minutes.

Water Breathing. The mount can breathe only underwater.

Trampling Charge. If the mount moves at least 20 ft. straight toward a creature and then hits it with a hooves attack on the same turn, that target must succeed on a DC 14 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. If the target is prone, the horse can make another attack with its hooves against it as a bonus action.

Devil's Sight. The mount can see normally in darkness, both magical and non magical, to a distance of 120 feet.

Actions

Hooves. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5ft., one target. Hit: 13 (2d8 + 4) bludgeoning damage plus 7 (2d6) water damage.

Electrical Discharge: The mount can issue a discharge of bioelectric energy which affects all within a ten-foot radius, unless they make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw. The damage for this discharge is 7 (2d6); a successful save reduces the damage by half.

Ink Cloud. (3 times per day) A 15-foot-radius cloud of ink extends all around the mount if it is underwater. The area is heavily obscured for 1 minute, although significant current can disperse the ink.

Description

Aqua Electricus Mount, also known as "electric water horse", is a beast resembling a horse, with a large fish-like tail, fully webbed hind feet and gently webbed front hooves. It usually inhabits the deep regions of the ocean, but can swim up rivers and settle in large lakes. When activated a layer of electricity can be seen flowing over its skin.

Lair and Lair Actions

The Aqua Electricus Mount normally resides in large patches of coral and seaweed.
