Abdominal Agility
The Abdominal Snowman’s core is particularly strong, granting it increased flexibility despite its large size. It can move through difficult terrain without slowing down, and it has advantage on checks to escape grapples or resist being restrained.

Description
The Abdominal Snowman is a towering, muscular behemoth made entirely of packed snow and ice, with a physique that seems more fitting for a seasoned warrior than a mythical creature. Standing over 64 and a half feet tall, it possesses a hulking frame of rippling ice muscles, its body sculpted to near perfection, with broad shoulders and a chiseled torso that displays veins of frozen water running beneath its snow-like skin. The Abdominal Snowman’s belly is its most distinctive feature—a twelve pack of ice hard abs, imposing with frosty power that pulses and tighten with each movement.
Despite its bulky size, the Snowman moves with surprising agility, stomping across snowy plains and mountain peaks with a grace that belies its mass. Its eyes glow with an intense blue light, giving it a fierce, intimidating gaze, and its face—while partially covered in frost—is often twisted into a stern, almost ferocious scowl. The Abdominal Snowman’s massive arms are covered in thick layers of snow that harden into a rock-like substance, and its hands are large enough to crush a boulder or uproot a tree with ease.
Lair and Lair Actions
The Abdominal Snowman’s lair is often located deep in the heart of a mountain or frozen tundra, where glaciers and ice form thick, crystalline walls that reflect the light of the sun like diamonds. Inside, the air is freezing and thick with the scent of snow, and the ground is uneven and treacherous, cracked by the Snowman’s immense strength.
The environment itself seems to obey the Abdominal Snowman, with massive chunks of ice and snow shifting around as if part of its body, ready to crush any intruders who dare approach. The lair is a combination of rocky ice caverns, snow-drenched plains, and frozen cliff sides, all manipulated by the Snowman’s sheer physical prowess and its command over the cold.
-
Frozen Fistquake: The Abdominal Snowman slams its mighty fists into the ground, sending shockwaves through the ice. Each creature within 30 feet of the Snowman must make a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw or take 2d6 bludgeoning damage and be knocked prone as the ground trembles with the force of the punch. On a successful save, creatures take half damage and are not knocked prone.
-
Icy Muscle Surge: The Abdominal Snowman flexes its enormous, chiseled muscles, causing the ice around it to crack and shift violently. A wave of magical cold erupts in a 15-foot radius from the Snowman. Creatures in this area must make a DC 26 Constitution saving throw or take 3d6 cold damage and have their speed reduced by 10 feet until the start of the Snowman’s next turn. On a successful save, creatures take half damage and do not have their speed reduced.
-
Frostbound Grasp: The Snowman’s belly pulses with power, and its frozen, muscular form extends a tendril of ice that lashes out at one creature within 30 feet. The target must succeed on a DC 26 Strength saving throw or become restrained as the ice ensnares them. The creature can use its action to make a Strength check against the same DC to break free. While restrained, the creature takes 10d10 cold damage at the start of each of its turns.
