Unusual Nature. The antlion larvae doesn’t require air.
False Appearance. If the antlion larvae is motionless, it can hide inside a pocket dimension, where it can sense nearby large vessels or objects. If a creature hasn't observed the irreqularity in the astral sea, that creature must succeed on a DC 20 Perception check to discern the area, and not be surprised. The area looks as astral sea converging on a small black point, which expands upon the larvae attempting to surprise prey.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 4 (1d8 + 2) piercing damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 11 Constitution saving throw or take 2d6 poison damage.
Gravity Well.
The Larvae creates a brief pocket of gravity at the target creature. The creature must succeed a DC 15 constitution saving throw or have their movement reduced to 10ft until start of next turn.
Warp.
As a bonus action, the larvae can teleport up to 15 feet as a bonus action to an unoccupied space the creature can see.
