Stormy Form. The spirit can enter a hostile creature's space and stop there. It can move through a space as narrow as 1 inch wide without squeezing.
Freezing Gale. When a living creature who did not raise the spirit ends its turn within 5 feet of it, it is accosted by freezing winds and must make a DC 12 Constitution saving throw. On a failure the creature takes 7 (2d6) cold damage.
Death Burst. When the spirit dies, it explodes in a burst of violent storm. Each creature within 5 feet of it must make a DC 13 Dexterity saving throw, taking 7 (2d6) cold damage on a failed save and half as much on a successful one. Each creature within 5 feet of it must also make a DC 12 Constitution saving throw gaining a level of exhaustion on a failed saving throw.
Multiattack. The spirit makes two slam attacks.
Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (2d6 + 5) bludgeoning damage.
Whirlwind (Recharge 5–6). Each creature within 15 feet of the spirit must make a DC 13 Strength saving throw. On a failure, a target takes 15 (3d6 + 2) bludgeoning damage and is pulled towards the center of the spirit's space and knocked prone. If a pulled target strikes an object, such as a wall or floor, the target takes 3 (1d6) bludgeoning damage for every 10 feet it traveled. If the target is thrown at another creature, that creature must succeed on a DC 13 Dexterity saving throw or take the same damage and be knocked prone.
If the saving throw is successful, the target takes half the bludgeoning damage and isn't pulled in or knocked prone.
Description
A blizzard spirit is a whirling maelstrom of ice and wind with a vague semblance of a face. It can turn itself into a screaming cyclone, creating a whirlwind that batters creatures as it draws them into its freezing core. Blizzard spirits are the souls of travelers who died in a winter storm animated by mischievous winter fey before being able to escape to the afterlife. The blizzard spirits are forced into servitude of the fey until the spirit's second death, maintaining only the faintest echo of their former self and no autonomy over their actions.
