Aura of Instability. Vale has an aura of madness around her. Creatures within 15 feet of her suffer a penalty to their AC equal to their proficiency level and must make a DC 18 Wisdom save, or suffer an effect from the Short Term Madness table. At the start of their next turn, they must repeat the save. Failing this save while suffering from Short Term Madness will instead make them suffer an effect from the Long Term Madness table. Failing the save while suffering from Long Term will grant an effect from the Indefinite table.
Overwhelming Psyche. Spells cast within the aura require a DC 18 Wisdom save, or the caster becomes unable to cast that spell again until they finish a long rest. She also cannot have her shape changed against her will, or be teleported against her will.
Virtueless. Vale has double her normal HP, but cannot recover HP by any means, and is encountered with half her total HP. Vale's unarmed attacks are considered magical as well.
Multiattack. Vale makes four attacks with her Hands of Madness. She may substitute one of those strikes with Soul Eater.
Hands of Madness. Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 10 ft., 1 target. Hit: 10 (1d6 + 7) magical bludgeoning damage plus 4 (1d8) physic damage.
Soul Eater. Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 15 ft., 1 target. Hit: 11 (1d8 + 7) magical slashing damage plus 6 (2d6) necrotic damage. Vale receives the damage dealt as temporary hp, and reduces the target's maximum hp by the same amount.
Blood of the False Goddess. Vale impales herself with Soul Eater, then erupts out a wave of her tainted blood. All creatures within a 20 ft. cone must make a DC 15 Con save or take 13 (6d6) necrotic damage, or half as much on a successful save. Creatures who fail the save also cannot regain hp until the start of their next turn.
Broken Wings. Vale takes the Dash action.
Valiant Mark. Vale marks a target, and they get a -2 to their Wisdom saves. Vale must maintain concentration on the effect as if concentrating on a spell.
Holy Spark of Madness (Costs 3 Actions). Vale makes a ring of madness around her in a 60 foot radius, forcing creatures under her Aura of Instability. Creatures within 15 feet of her automatically pass the save.
Cornered Animal (Costs 1 Action). Vale makes a Hands of Madness attack on a creature with Indefinite Madness.
