Antimagic Susceptibility. A.M.E.R. is incapacitated while in the area of an antimagic field. If targeted by dispel magic, A.M.E.R. must succeed on a Constitution saving throw against the caster's spell save DC or fall unconscious for 1 minute.
Multiattack. A.U.S.T.I.N. makes two melee attacks. Alternatively, A.U.S.T.I.N. can use one gadget
Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) bludgeoning damage.
Gadget. A.M.E.R. is equipped with a nonmagical arsenal to perform his tricks. The material, mechanisms, and ammunition for each of these is stored within his casing.
Oil Slick: Creates a 10ft square oil slick in front of A.M.E.R. and turns it into Difficult Terrain for 10 turns. When the grease appears, each creature standing in its area must succeed on a DC14 Dexterity saving throw or fall Prone. A creature that enters the area or ends its turn there must also succeed on that save or fall Prone.
Smoke Bomb: Create a 20-foot-radius sphere of fog centered on a point within range (15 ft). The sphere is Heavily Obscured. It lasts for 3 turns or until a strong wind disperses it.
Fireworks: Launches a dazzling array of flashing, colorful light. Each creature in a 15-foot cone originating from A.M.E.R. must succeed on a DC14 Constitution saving throw or be Blinded until the end of their next turn.
Pigeon Drone: (single use) A.M.E.R. summons a pigeon from a hidden door in his chassis. The pigeon is a self-guided bomb disguised as a normal pigeon. Any creature that makes a DC16 Investigation or DC17 Perception check will realize it is a bomb. The pigeon can fly on its turn up to 20 ft, has 7 hit points, and can explode as an action, dealing (8d6) fire damage in a 20ft radius sphere centered on itself. Each creature in the sphere makes a DC16 Dexterity saving throw, taking half damage on a successful save.
Description
The Autonomous Magical Entertainment Robot (A.M.E.R.) was the last in a long of commercially branded automatons made by the great artificer Haas Broe. It saw limited success in domestic markets, being discontinued after several lethal defects and recalls. A.M.E.R. is the last of his kind, trying to be useful in town by amazing and entertaining the masses.
