Soundproof. Voltorb is not effected by things that require hearing.

Static. If a creature makes physical contact with Voltorb or hits it with a melee attack, they must succeed a DC 9 Constitution saving throw or be stunned for 1 round.

False Appearance. If Voltorb does not move, it is indistinguishable from a normal Poke Ball.

Description

Voltorb is a spherical Pokémon that resembles a buttonless Poké Ball with eyes. The top half is red, while the bottom half is white. Because of its resemblance to Poké Balls, it is thought that it was created when one was exposed to an energy pulse. This is supported by the fact that its components do not occur naturally.
