False Appearance. While the Mimic Bag of Death remains motionless, it is indistinguishable from a normal Bag of Holding.
Grappler. The Mimic Bag of Death has advantage on attack rolls against any creature grappled by it.
Klepto: The Mimic Bag of Death will occasionally use it pseudopod to snatch random items from its surroundings that are within reach, usually when the players are preoccupied or asleep.
Engulf (Recharge 5-6): The Mimic Bag of Death can attempt to engulf creatures adhered to it. Each creature must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw or be engulfed and restrained. Once engulfed the Mimic Bag retains it's small size (it is a bag of holding after all).

Concept and Theme
The Mimic Bag of Death disguises itself as a magical bag, luring adventurers with the promise of limitless storage. Adventurers can add things to the bag just like a normal bag, when they attempt to remove items the bag attacks them. Any non-magical items placed in the bag are destroyed unless the mimic is defeated with in 10 minutes of placing them inside. All items including some random magic items are ejected upon the mimics death.
Physical Description
At first glance, the Mimic Bag of Death looks just like a regular Bag of Holding. It has a spacious interior and an enchanted appearance. However, upon closer inspection, small details like the bag's subtle movement or the occasional flicker of an eye can give away its true nature.

However, as you reach into the bag for an item previously placed with in it, the bag shudders and transforms into a grotesque maw with rows of sharp teeth. You realize too late that this is no ordinary magical item but a ravenous mimic!"
