Description
As the adventurers struck down their foe, they allowed themselves a fleeting sense of triumph, believing the danger had passed. Yet, just as they bent to examine the lifeless body, a grotesque scene unfolded before their eyes. From the bandit's abdomen erupted two jet-black ravens, their feathers slick with blood, cawing with an unnatural malice. In their wake came a crimson hand, gripping a gleaming, wickedly curved sword.
Rising from the corpse like a specter of rage and vengeance was a nightmarish figure. She had four muscular arms, each twitching with pent-up violence. Her skin was a deep, hellish red, as if painted in the flames of the abyss, and her long, tangled black hair cascaded down like shadows given form. Empty sockets, raw and scarred, gazed out where her eyes should have been, exuding an eerie presence that chilled the soul. She wore a jagged plate armor, dulled by age but still formidable, its surface engraved with unholy symbols that seemed to writhe and shift in the flickering light.
From her back unfurled massive, black angelic wings, their feathers dark as midnight and shimmering faintly with an almost ethereal quality. The wings spread wide, casting a shadow over the adventurers, their presence an unsettling contradiction of divine elegance and infernal menace.
The ravens, her sinister emissaries, launched themselves at the sorceress, claws raking and wings battering, disrupting her attempts to summon her arcane power. Their relentless assault left her spellcraft shattered, a faint glow of magic dissipating like mist before the sun.
Meanwhile, their terrifying mistress wasted no time, closing the distance to the barbarian with inhuman speed. Her sword sang through the air as it met the barbarian's axe in a savage exchange of blows, the clash of steel ringing out like a death knell. Her movements were unnervingly fluid, as if each strike was both calculated and driven by primal fury, leaving the adventurers with the harrowing realization that their battle was far from over.
The Goddes' Champion
The aspect of Morrigan, the half demon half god, posesses the minds of murderous individuals, whatever the reasons for these killings might be. A Paladin that kills to protect the innocent might as well be posessed as the criminal Rogue that just kills for fun, either way, the more bloody and angerfilled the murders are the higher the chance of posession
