Spellcasting. The authority officer is a 2nd-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is Wisdom (spell save DC 12, +2 to hit with spell attacks). The authority officer gets to roll double the damage dice when using shocking grasp. The officer has the following sorcerer spells prepared:

Cantrips (at will): booming blade, shocking grasp

1st level (3 slots): thunderous smite, witch bolt

Parry. The authority soldier adds 2 to its AC against one melee attack that would hit it. To do so, the soldier must see the attacker and be wielding a melee weapon.

Description

Authority officers are soldiers working for The Central Authority that are frequently found around Erisia. They are also the higher ranked and more dangerous counterpart to the Authority Soldier. Authority officers are solely Adrets. They focus on use of lightning and thunder magic
